What exactly is the 30-days Money Back Guarantee?
If you have ordered a NOUMEN product from our online store and are not satisfied, you have 30 days to return the opened product to us. We will then refund the purchase price.
What do I need to consider regarding the money-back guarantee?
Please note that we cannot take back products if they are completely empty. The guarantee only applies if no more than one-third of the original contents have been used.
The following guidelines also apply:
- When returning multiple packages of the same product, only one package may be opened in order to receive a refund of the product price for all products.
- Unfortunately, shipping costs (for order and return) are non-refundable. Also for subscription orders the shipping costs of the respective country will be used and can not be refunded.
- Vouchers are excluded from the money back guarantee.
- The refund will be processed through the payment method you used when placing your order.
- The money-back guarantee is valid only once per customer per product.
- The 14-day right of withdrawal remains unaffected by the money-back guarantee.
- After you have announced your return to us by e-mail and received our confirmation, you have 14 days to return the products to us.
- After the 30 days, the return is unfortunately no longer possible.
How can I make use of the money-back guarantee?
Just write us an email to hello@noumen.co and inform us which NOUMEN product you want to return. Please tell us the reason, your name and your order number. Our team will take care of your request as soon as possible after receiving the products. Please return the product only after confirmation from our support team. Otherwise, unfortunately, we can not process the order.
