Climate Neutral Shipping

All our products are shipped with DHL GoGreen. You can have your package sent to your home or to a DHL Packstation. Please do not forget to include your postal number in the delivery address.

All orders received the day before 12:00 can be shipped the same day. All other orders will be shipped directly the following day.

GoGreen is the environmental program of DHL, in which all greenhouse gases produced during transport are offset by climate protection projects. You can read more about it here.

Delivery times

As soon as your order has been handed over to DHL GoGreen, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking link, which you can use to track your order. How long your order will take to get to you can be seen here:

  • Germany: 2-3 days
  • Austria: 3-5 days
  • Netherlands: 3-5 days
  • Restliche EU: 3-8 days
