Cleanser: lightly lather with the hands and apply to the face, then rinse thoroughly with water. Use in the morning and evening. 

Day Cream: Apply in the morning to cleansed skin and massage in gently.

Night Cream: Apply in the evening to cleansed skin and massage in gently.

Every day, take 1 capsule of the Skin and Brain Supplement during breakfast or a light meal. Ideally in the morning, roughly 30 minutes after waking up. This way you are in tune with your natural hormonal cycle and the nutrients can be absorbed best.

Every day, take 1 capsule of the Sleep Supplement with sufficient water 30 minutes before going to bed.
